Troubleshooting

Start with php bin/cms site:check and inspect the application logs. Common problems include an incorrect document root, missing .env, missing Composer dependencies, database connection errors, filesystem permissions, pending migrations and stale browser redirects to /install.

Record the exact error and environment before changing files.
